I see patients on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm at my office in Santa Rosa, Sonoma County, California. Appointments may be scheduled by calling the office during business hours. I attempt to see patients promptly at the scheduled appointment time and allow ample time to deal thoroughly with each patient's concerns. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call the office at least 24 hours in advance to allow other patients to be seen. You will be charged for the appointment if you do not notify the office or answering service (if the office is closed) more than 24 hours in advance. Although I make it a point to be available for my currently established patients, I am a sole practitioner. So please try to call early in the day if you have an acute illness requiring immediate attention. |
| Telephone Consultations |

Weekdays (except Wednesday) I am available for telephone calls from 12 to 12:30 and 5 to 5:30. It will be easiest for you to reach me during those times. During the evenings or days the office is closed you may leave a message with my answering service at (707) 571-7074. In the event of emergency, go directly to the nearest emergency room, or call my answering service and they will reach me. If a telephone consultation is longer than 5 minutes or results in a treatment recommendation, you will be charged at a rate proportional to my hourly office rates. |
| Fees |
Payment is expected at the time of the visit. Private insurance will usually reimburse you for my services. My office staff will be happy to assist you with the completion of your insurance forms. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. |
| Emergency Information |
Providing comprehensive medical service to you is my goal. Therefore, when I am in Santa Rosa, I am on call 24-hours a day for emergencies. If you or a family member have a problem that should not wait until regular office hours, call the answering service and they will relay your call to me. In a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or proceed directly to the nearest emergency room. |
